NTANGEKI NSHALA is a Leadership Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Author. His first book, Your Personal Leadership Guide, has been acclaimed to be one of the best in the world in Personal Leadership. He provides leadership services to executives of various Corporates, Government Institutions and Not for Profit Making Organizations. Before becoming a Leadership Strategist, Ntangeki worked with various local and multinational banks at various senior positions for fifteen years. He retired in 2014 at a level of Vice President with Bank M in Tanzania.

He is a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania, An Associate member of the Tanzania Institute of Bankers, a Registered Tax Consultant and a member of the Institute of Directors in Tanzania.

Currently, he serves as Board member and Vice Chair on the Board of Mwalimu Commercial Bank Plc. He lives in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania with his wife Theodosia and their three children: Ishengoma, Nyakato, and Kiiza.
